Shipping & Return Policy

Our policy

Right Guns LLC does not warrant or guarantee any products. Any applicable warranties or guarantees are those offered by the manufacturer. Generally however, we are willing to help facilitate a return to the appropriate manufacturer. In some cases the manufacturer authorizes Right Guns LLC to provide a brand new item in place of a defective/damaged item. However in many cases the manufacturers prefer to handle their own returns directly with the reseller or consumer. For specific warranty information please contact our customer service department Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. Right Guns LLC is not responsible for any freight fees, air shipping fees, or any other costs incurred during the return process. Right Guns LLC will gladly assist in merchandise returns, either directly or indirectly, for up to 30 days from the original purchase date only.

"New-in-box" defective and/or damaged items

Right Guns LLC will provide replacement merchandise for "new-in-box" defective items. This includes items found to be defective prior to use within 7 days period of receipt. All such returns must be authorized prior to return. All return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer and are not refundable. Once an item has been used, or shows signs of use, the warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer and not Gun Accessory Supply. Our customer service staff can assist you in contacting the manufacturer.

Non-defective returns

Non-defective returns must be authorized and are subject to a 5% restocking fee ($10 minimum). All return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer and are not refundable. Non-defective returns will either be credited or exchanged at the discretion of Right Guns LLC unless the warranty policy, as listed by the manufacturer, specifically outlines a different course of action. All ammunition sales are final.  Right Guns LLC does not accept returns on ammunition purchases.

Special orders and/or large quantity orders

Special orders (defined by Right Guns LLC as non-stock items) will not be eligible for return unless an established return can be made with the manufacturer. All costs incurred in processing such returns, plus a 15% restock fee, may be recharged at our discretion.

Please note that orders for quantities outside stockable norms may also fall into the special order category as they relate to returns.

RMA Procedure

Please note, we do not issue verbal RMA's. To initiate a return request, please email our customer service department at [email protected] . Please include the item number, original order number or invoice number, and specific issue with the item at hand. Once the appropriate information is obtained, we will email an RMA number to you along with shipping instructions. Each box must be marked with this number or it will not be accepted in our warehouse.

Merchandise Credits

Please note that Right Guns LLC will not credit merchandise before it is received back into our facility for any reason. In the case of damaged/defective merchandise, or mis-shipments, the original item must be received in our warehouse before a replacement is sent or a credit issued. Customers may request that a replacement item be shipped prior to return of the original item. In doing so the customer assumes all risk if the original item is not returned, or is returned and not found to be defective. Customers may not deduct a return credit from their outstanding balance prior to the issuance of a credit memo. Please note returns may take as long as 14 days to process.


Your purchase through Right Guns LLC is subject to your agreement to follow all manufacturer safety instructions, to comply with all Federal, State, and local firearms laws, and to only use the firearms in a safe manner in an approved area for a legal purpose.

IMPORTANT NOTICE regarding shipping firearms, FFLs, and transfers of Firearms ownership.

Right Guns LLC, like any reputable firearms dealer, will only transfer ownership of firearm individuals or agencies holding a current and valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). 
This means we cannot ship firearms directly to you (unless you have an FFL).

At your request Right Guns LLC will ship purchased firearm to a licensed firearms dealer in your state.

It is your responsibility to contact the FFL dealer.  It is also your responsibility to complete all required paperwork when you pick up your purchase from your local dealer.

Your local dealer will charge a transaction fee at the time you pick up your purchase. 
This transfer fee is strictly between you and your local dealer. It is your responsibility to check with your local dealer regarding their policies and fees.

You do not pay Right Guns LLC this fee, you pay transfer fees directly to the local dealer.

Your purchase of a firearm from us indicates that you acknowledge and will pay your local dealer their stated fees for transferring the gun to you.

We recommend you contact your local dealer so you know and agree to their transfer fee before making this purchase.

You are the buyer therefore YOU are responsible for forwarding a copy of the FFL and all pertinent contact information to Right Guns LLC. If you have any issues finding a current FFL in your area, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
